Substance Misuse Treatment Services
Personal Frontiers believes that every person possesses the inherent capacity to change.
We are certified by the Wyoming Department of Mental Health/Substance Abuse Division to provide prevention, treatment, and mental health services to combat the abuse of alcohol, opioids, and many other substances.
We believe that every person should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their current or past choices.
We believe that every person should be provided opportunities for change that are life enhancing.
Personal Frontiers was established in 1976 and is one of the oldest and most comprehensive substance abuse treatment agencies in Campbell County.
Evaluations
- PFI offers a variety of evaluations to determine the level of treatment warranted and, if needed, at what level of intensity.
- Examples include the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), Domestic Violence or Anger Assessment, and Counseling Needs Assessment.
Education
- PFI provides education to support clients in their recovery needs.
- Offerings include 8 and 12-hour Driving Under the Influence Courses, Anger or DV Management Courses, Thinking for a Change Courses, and Nicotine and Vaping Courses for Adolescents.
- Love and Logic Parenting is also available.
Intensive Outpatient Program
- Our most intensive level of care, divided into three phases: IOP, Relapse Prevention, and Aftercare.
- IOP consists of a minimum of 96 clinical hours of group therapy, along with case management and individual counseling services.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- PFI’s MAT Program combines medications with counseling and other therapeutic techniques to provide a “whole-patient” approach to treating substance use disorders.
